FLO Facility Services Pty Ltd provides commercial cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management, and related facility services. All services are delivered in accordance with the scope of work agreed upon in writing at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to refuse or decline service for any lawful reason.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Any change in scope, site conditions, or frequency may result in a revised quote. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of applicable goods and services tax (GST).
Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified on the invoice (typically 14 or 30 days from the invoice date). Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared. We reserve the right to recover reasonable debt-collection costs for overdue accounts.
Clients may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service visit with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge equivalent to the full service fee. Ongoing service agreements may be terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you have under the ACL.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLO Facility Services Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
